Goodnight Charli hopes each of our customers receive high quality pyjamas that they can wear and have a good night sleep in for many moons to come. We do understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. 

Please follow the below steps for a return:

Request a return by filling the below form in within 14 days of your order being delivered. Please make sure to include your order number. For wrong size selection, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please fill in the form below, including the size you wish to exchange for. 

Please note that return postage costs are not covered by Goodnight Charli. We highly recommend sending your return with tracking information to ensure we receive your item. We can't be held liable for returns lost in transit. If requesting an exchange, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will need to be paid prior to the exchanged item being sent.

Once we have received your return, it will be processed within 3 business days. Once your return has been approved, we will email you with confirmation.

We are unable to accept returns on the below:

• Worn, damaged or used items.
• Items without their original packing and tags still attached.
• Change of mind purchases.
